The letter has to be folded in thirds, it can only be one sided, and seal it with 2 pieces of tape but, do not seal the ends, address like a normal envelope, DO NOT PUT IN AN ENVELOPE. Notebook paper, and other lightweight paper will not process through USPS machines.
